Return Policy

If your product develops a defect within the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced at the option of New Balance Sports Monitors, a division of Implus Footcare, LLC. To exercise the warranty option, please contact IMPLUS for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) by one of the following two methods:

NOTE: You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA#) by one of these two methods prior to returning your products for service. Products received without a RA # will be refused and returned to sender. After receiving the RA # and a return form, please return your New Balance Sports Monitor to the address below. IMPLUS recommends that all returned products have barcode tracking ability to insure delivey of goods. YOU MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE (FROM AN AUTHORIZED DEALER) IN ORDER TO EXERCISE THE WARRANTY OPTION.

Refund Policy (for products purchased directly from Implus or NBMONITORS.com)

If your product develops a defect within the warranty period, or if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, IMPLUS will gladly refund your purchase price within 30 days of purchase. Unless defective, the product must be unused and in original packaging. Freight costs will not be reimbursed. To exercise the warranty option, please contact IMPLUS for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) by one of the following two methods:
